Kailua-Kona Ocean View Condo

  • My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

    It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

    The Lanai (balcony) faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

    The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.

    We provide all linen, towels, beach towels, soap and shampoo.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The owner, Laurence, welcomed us with a bowl of fruit from his garden. The condo is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There were beach chairs and beach towels available for our use. The view from the balcony is beautiful and gives you a good sunset view.

Loved the place! Comfortable, clean, AMAZING view. Located so close to downtown/ali’i drive. barely had to drive for anything we did in kona. Has everything you need. FAST internet if you need to work.

Easy to walk to restaurants. Condo was clean and nice. Good air flow thru unit. Bed was really comfortable to us. Nice they had extra pillows and a nice extra blanket. Appreciated the beach chairs and small cooler for our day trips.

Great location

Great apartment. No air conditioning but there are ceiling fans and stand alone fans that do a good job of air flow even in August. Well equipped kitchen and decent appliances. The location is ideal to walk down into the village. Lots of shopping and eateries close by.

Such a perfect little condo with an incredible view

We loved our stay because the host provided very clear communication and the condo was organized, clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. It was set up perfectly for our 3 person family and had beach chairs and a cooler, etc to make beach days a breeze. It's a great location so you can walk to the water, pier and restaurants. Check the guest book for recommendations!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Laury's condo in Kona on our 25th anniversary trip. It was exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen was really well stocked with everything . He had chairs towels cooler umbrella snorkeling equipment for the beach everything was walkable at this location. He was leaving the condo when we arrived so we got to meet him and talk for a minute made us feel very welcome definitely try the oranges and limes he left as welcome gifts so very delicious!! The place was extremely clean.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach and shops. It was great to use the cooler and sun umbrella at the beach that John provides. The only negative is that it doesn’t have air and it was unseasonably hot during our stay. But John has a lot of fans which makes the place pretty comfortable.

Great location

This place was amazing. Close to market, shops and the beach. Only small issue with the room not being cleaned, but that was corrected and the rest of our stay couldn’t have been better. I had to contact the host and he answered and got the problem fixed right away. I would definitely book here again if I make it back to Kona.
