We provide a hair dryer, iron/ironing board and face/hand/body towels for your use.

Relax and cool off in the community pool - we provide the towels! Then, enjoy meals at the picnic table with grill (grill tools provided). Don't forget your sunscreen!

Other things to note
We ask renters to sign rental agreement.
Security deposit of $250 will be held 3 days before check-in and then pending status of the home, returned 3 days after departure.
We provide starter paper products, sponge, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. Please provide your own charcoal if you'd like to use the grill.
The property is on the third floor with stairs access only and cannot accommodate wheelchairs.
Please supervise children at all times, especially outdoors.
No pets and no smoking allowed.
No illegal or commercial filming activities.
Please remain respectful of this residential neighborhood and refrain from loud noise during quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
Our home is available through all rain/storm/heat, and so we unfortunately cannot accommodate for cancellation/change request due to weather, beyond what is noted in our cancellation policy.
We love our home and take pride in having a top of the line team to maintain the home between stays, including professional cleaners to sterilize for your safety, handyman for repairs and pest control to keep the critters away. Hawaii is a tropical island and despite all efforts, please note an occasional unwanted critters that come for a visit. Please notify us if the pests are unruly and we will do our very best to have it addressed in a timely fashion.
