The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a delicious dinner featuring fresh local ingredients. Enjoy meals and morning coffee on the spacious lanai, complete with stunning ocean views. Guests can also enjoy the communal swimming pool and the covered barbecue area. A reserved parking space in the garage is provided for your convenience. Beach essentials, including snorkel gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach towels are available in the garage closet.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 2nd-floor condominium unit, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a lanai/balcony. Enjoy access to the communal pool, BBQ grill area, and beach access. Additional amenities include free parking in a reserved covered spot, elevator access, and a private entrance. Please note that the pool has specific hours and rules, and there are no pets allowed.

The unit offers central air conditioning, built-in stainless steel appliances, and stylish designer furnishings to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

We understand that things don’t always go as planned — and we want to make sure you're covered just

in case.

To make your stay worry-free, you can choose one of the following options:

● Damage Waiver (Optional) – A smaller, one-time non-refundable fee that protects you from

unexpected repair or replacement costs, and helps us keep the space in great shape for all our

guests. This covers minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay.

● Safety Deposit – A higher refundable fee that’s returned to you as long as there’s no damage

during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your card

provider.

Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered. This ensures that you’ll be eligible for the refund you’re hoping for, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.
