This one bedroom, one bath which is ideal for the single traveler or couple. It has a King Bed, and a full bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower. Full kitchen with all items you might need. There is also a washer and dryer for your use inside the unit. Free parking stall, hot tub, bbq and pool area for your use. There is also a special access to the shopping center behind the condo complex for a short cut to the grocery store and all the other amenities available there.

Free parking stall included, you can walk to most restaurants and shops on Alii drive without having to pay the parking fees.

Property was in a prime location for eating, shopping, visiting the ocean and pretty much anything else you could ask for. Communication was excellent and place was very nice. Will stay here again if we ever end up on the big island again.

The location was great - near the water, restaurants, shopping. We were able to walk everywhere. The complex was quiet, nicely landscaped and clean even though it is older. We did not use the pool or hot tub, so can't comment on that. The dedicated parking spot was close to the unit. Thank goodness for the air conditioners (window units in living room and bedroom) as it was very warm when we were there. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and directions to the condo were accurate. Erika supplied good information on the area, the unit and was very responsive to all of our questions. The unit itself could use some updating. The shower has recently been updated nicely, so I'm sure that they have plans to do more as they are able to.

The perfect location

The property was very close to down town Kailua Kona and we had many perfect evenings taking a walk down along Alii drive and enjoying the perfect sunsets. They were spectacular.

Great spot in Kona

Great location walking distance to the main Kona beach front locations. Unit is comfortably furnished, clean and has nice amenities like towels for the beach / pool plus chairs so you don't have to rent your own. Owner is super easy to get in touch with if needed. 10/10 will stay again on my next visit.

Ericas condo is truly a hidden gem in the heart of kailua, kona...Everything you would need for a truly enjoyable stay is included... From the well stocked kitchen, the beautiful remodeled shower,and the comfortable king size bed and being minutes away from everything in town made staying there very relaxing. Great time in Kona Town

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while our home was being fumigated. Erika was very responsive to our needs and was easy to contact. The unit is close to the pier, shops, post office, grocery stores, restaurants, , etc All within walking distance. Mahalo.

Pleasant stay at Kailua-Kona location

This is a nice spacious condo. Great location, near airport, Costco, Walmart etc. Other attractions are conveniently located nearby. We walked to Courtyard to attend the Luau. The condo is nicely furnished. There is a washer and dryer in the condo that makes it so much convenient. We enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend my friends who are visiting the Big Island to check the availability of this place.

Exploring Historic Kailua- Kona

This condo is a perfect location, easy to find off main highway and if you like walking itā€™s close to the historic heart of Kailua- Kona. For 2 mornings we walked down to the waterfront of Kailua Bay, had coffee in the sun, watched the morning swimmers in the bay and walked along Aliā€™i Dr. It is a slight but gradual downhill and uphill walk back to condo.

Perfect getaway in the City

If you decide to rent this condo, you will not be disappointed. It was clean. Convenient to everything and stocked with everything we needed. The manager of the condos was a super nice guy and helped us upon arrival. The host checked in with us the next morning, just to make sure we arrived okay. We really enjoy the hottub and the ocean view.

Absolutely perfect

Erika provided the most easy and comfortable experience! The big island is my favorite place, so staying in a central location was very important to me. This place has it all. Close to everything, easy parking, washer dryer, full kitchen and pretty much everything you would have at your house. It was very clean, spacious, and I want to express again how comfortable the unit was. Check in process was the easiest Iā€™ve ever experienced. I can tell that Erika puts a lot of time and effort into making sure her guests have everything they need. Even beach stuff which comes in really handy! I have nothing negative to say about this place. The only sad part is leaving. I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much, Erika!

Convenient location and nice property

This is a property that feels homey the moment you step inside. Of all the places we have stayed at around the world, this was the most well stocked property making our stay even more convenient. The location is wonderfully close to shopping, groceries, and our daughter had a basketball game at the gym just minutes down the road. Erika is a great host! Enjoy you stay here!

Excellent condo and location! Loved it! Walkable to restaurants, shops and boardwalk along ocean. Accommodations were excellent. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, couch was comfortable. Nice sized unit with A/C. Owner Erika was responsive to inquiries. Thanks Erika for having a wonderful place to stay during our visit to Hawaii.

Comfortable place with great view.

Erica made it very easy for us to check in to our condo. Everything is well organized and explained just what you see online. The view from this property is spectacular as you have a view of the Ocean from the deck. The condo felt safe and the surroundings were quiet. We would definitely like to come back soon.
