Fabulous Oceanfront Two Bedroom w/Huge Lanai & Central A/C!

  • SPECTACULAR ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo in Kailua-Kona!!

    The spacious lanai starts and ends your day in paradise. Enjoy your morning coffee and relax to the sound of the surf while watching whales (in season), spinner dolphins, outriggers, and the brilliant blue Pacific Ocean. Experience glorious sunsets with a beverage of choice in hand, relaxing in any of the comfortable seating, including a higher seating dining table (not bistro height) to help with viewing ocean while dining right next to it!

    The condo is part of a boutique complex that has only 15 units, an ocean-front swimming pool, and small sandy beach area. The condo is centrally located mid-point on Alii Drive, 2 miles South of downtown Kailua-Kona, and conveniently close to beaches, shopping, and dining.

    The fully air-conditioned condo has a King Bed in the Ocean-front Primary Bedroom, and also in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have beautiful walk-in tiled showers, granite vanity tops and imported sinks for fun color! The kitchen is well stocked and has granite counter tops and lots of counter space. All new stainless steel appliances. The condo has new comfortable furniture with ample seating, quality towels and linens, washer/dryer, along with a million dollar view that will all help to make for an absolutely blissful vacation! This very clean condo is perfect for a family visit, or for just a romantic getaway!

    The condo is on the second floor of a three story building and has assigned, covered parking space.

    We do have an elevator for getting to the 2nd and 3rd floor, but at entry to building, there are 5 steps/stairs to get to the first floor and elevator. *****

The location of this condo is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the awesome view and watching the sunset every evening. The patio is a whole other room! The bathrooms could use a redo, but everything else made up for it. It is very roomy and the beds are comfortable. Holly was very responsive any time we contacted her. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing. Stunning inside, beautiful remodel, spacious layout, comfy beds, gorgeous water views and sounds on the lanai. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai each morning with coffee and in the evening watching the turtles feed in the water below. Wonderful ocean waves sound to lull you to sleep each night. Owner, Holly, was super helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Great central location to restaurants, shops, walkable markets and food trucks. We could not have asked for a better place to stay - spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen plus the lanai and view! Just phenomenal! The condo was AMAZING! The Lanai was The Best! Nowhere else will you find a better view! The condo was Very comfortable and clean and it had everything you needed! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels for bath and beach. It is just a few minutes to town. You can take a walk but the road is busy. The pool was wonderful! Family Trip

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with his parents, and it was perfect! Having separate bathrooms was ideal. Everything was so clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, although we did not cook anything while there. The entire property is beautifully decorated. That lanai...WOW! I will never forget those sunsets! We absolutely loved eating dinner out there, and it was also perfect for a morning cup of coffee. If we didn't have so many fun things planned to do around the island, I would've spent all of my time out there. I cannot recommend this property enough. Holly was incredibly easy to communicate with, and she left detailed instructions inside the condo, making check in and check out so smooth. We hope to return as soon as possible! Mahalo, Holly!
