The condo has all the comforts of home, but you're in Hawaii, enjoying the fabulous weather, sights and sounds! Corner unit (north end) located on the top floor of a four-story building, this oceanfront condominium not only boasts first-class views but has excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities as well.

Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from the lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

The condo has been totally remodeled in July 2017 with new furnishings, king size pedestal bed, new sofa, bar stools, freshly painted, new ceiling fans, lighting. In May of 2020, a brand new split system 18,000 BTU central AC system was added. This replaces the 9,000 BTU window unit. The condo cools off very quickly now on a hot summer afternoon. Of course most people don't ever use the A/C as you get some fantastic ocean sea breezes since you are right on the water.

The condo is fully stocked with all the comforts of home plus many items you have never even thought about. The condo comes with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and a full suite of kitchen appliances such as microwave, coffee grinder, water purifier, blender, coffee pot, rice cooker, ice maker, etc. Plenty of dishes, plates, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, and cooking spices

This private condominium has everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian experience. The condo comes with plenty of towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc.

The condo wifi router via Spectrum has just been upgraded to 500 Mps download speed (effective 13 July 2023)

The condo is located at the beautiful Oceanfront Kona Bali Kai Property. The condo complex has a nice heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, oceanfront gas BBQ's and picnic areas, very nice tropical landscaping and a sandy beach area for sunbathing and wading in the tide pools. Lounge chairs are available to all condo guests at the beach front area. There are also some shady spots if you wish to take a break from the sun. There is an elevator to take you to the condo, no need to walk stairs at this condo! The world famous Poke Shack restaurant is on the grounds of the property. A convenience store is located across the street.

The White sands swim beach is located one mile south, the snorkel beach is one and half miles south and the Kona Country Club golf course (18 holes for public use) is 3 miles south. This is a truly a condo you will want to return to year after year (as you will see many repeat guests in the condo guest books). Warning: The Big Island has so much to offer and after one trip and you will be hooked!
