This recently renovated and conveniently located, 1288 sq. ft ground-level unit is steps away from the pool, the private sand beach, and an ocean-front salt-water pool. It boasts a spacious living room and dining area with high speed internet. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances and even has a wine refrigerator! Included for your convenience is a stacked washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with double sinks, plenty of storage and a large, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and just across the hall is the second bathroom which also has a spacious, walk-in shower. Dine or relax on the private lanai and enjoy a partial ocean view. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush tropical gardens. Mere steps away from the lanai, you will find for your use a cabana and gas grills with an ocean-front eating area. Free, secure parking is located close to the unit. Casa de Emdeko is a private gated community located on Ali’i Drive, one mile south of Kailua-Kona village, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler available for our guests use.

We had a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the outside area and the sunsets were amazing. The condo was very well equipped, clean, and comfortable.
We enjoyed the pool but not as much as the location, grill area, great staff, and proximity to other things. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals.
The condo was in the perfect location for easy traveling. It was the perfect size for 4 people. And it was in a perfect area of the beautiful ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay for Christmas getaway. Clean, well equipped, incredible views. Loved it!
Enjoyed our stay here for one week with my family. Condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Bonus was all the beach equipment so you don’t need to rent or buy anything. Parking is hit or miss in the complex, but not a big deal overall. Would stay again!
This was a girls vacation for me and my 2 daughters. The accommodations were perfect for us with plenty of space and very clean. We enjoy doing some cooking and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the lanai and the saltwater pool was amazing! We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back.
Super clean and quiet. Condo had all the things we needed to make ourselves at home—with the added luxury of being on The Big Island (our first time). Sunsets and pools were AMAZING. Close to town and beaches and snorkeling. Great communication with owner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!
We had an excellent stay - the property was exactly as listed. The two-bedroom ground floor was amazing, being able to walk out to the beach and pool area. We enjoyed the community feel of the complex and would book again.
The property is beautiful with two pools, a common area cabana with clean and well maintained grills and a beach area for watching sunsets. The unit is perfectly situated by the pool and steps to the cabana for coffee in the morning or to grill with family and friends. We enjoyed every part of our stay but especially the lanai. We would definitely stay again.
What a perfect home base to explore the island. We were so comfortable here that we see why many guests in the complex return here year after year. The ground floor room was very convenient and the grounds lovely. Unit included everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Vacation for family of 4. Great location-short drive to shops, restaurants, but far enough away so the area was quiet and not congested. Walkable to the Ali'i Marketplace. Condo was well stocked, had everything we needed. The cooler and beach items helped with packing for day-trips. The saltwater pool was a highlight of the property. We had a wonderful stay for spring break. Michael was a great host, any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. A couple of issues that came up at the complex while we were visiting were shared before we even knew there was an issue.The onsite facilities were perfect, especially the salt water pool which is right next to the ocean. Complimentary coffee in the morning was also a special touch. We would highly recommend staying here!
The condo’s amenities were perfect for us. A completely stocked kitchen, grills in the common area, two pools, sunsets to photograph and great proximity to town and beaches. The condo itself was comfortable and stylish. Having the cooler available for our daily expeditions was also very convenient. We loved it!

A little rain, more heavy surf, but mostly sun and very swimmable bays made this a total Hawaii experience.The trades were sweet, the body surfing at times savory,and local lemons and limes were tangy additives to drink and mealtimes. I booked this property for my 90-year old brother-in-law and his travel partner. They had never stayed in a vrbo before and I elected to book this rather than his request for a 4-star hotel. They both loved the vrbo. She said it was a perfect location for her to walk to town and they both could easily have access to the beach and the pool. They enjoyed sitting out on their own patio in the evening for cocktails and having a "home" environment for their week in Hawaii.
The condo was very well stocked with everything you would need . Very clean property, and close to downtown. Very comfortable .Make sure you get the gate code before getting to the unit. It can make accessing the condo a bit of a challenge . We would certainly stay here again, if we came back to Kona .
This condo was wonderful. It was nice having 2 bedrooms so the kids had their own room. Kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we wanted to do. Having pools and an ocean view on the property was wonderful. My kids rate this condo as one of the best ones I have found in a long time! Mom win!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for going all over the island. Wish we would have stayed here the entire trip instead of getting hotels in Hilo. Would have been a long drive but we could have done it.
Location Of the rental is 1 mile outside of Kona. Which is perfect. You will not want to keep driving into Kona. If you are a runner or walker you are right along the main fairway for your runs. The pools and the sand right beside sea wall are fantastic. We saw whales daily as we hung out on the beach in the provided chairs. Inside the unit. The apt was just as listed. Super clean, great kitchen with lots of supplies. Loved that there was an ice maker and water from the fridge. Showers were excellent. Hope to visit again in the future.
