Hawaiian vacation

The unit was great! Very roomy and looked just like the pictures. Had a problem with the door and they came right away to fix it. It is very close to a busy highway but to be fair they had air conditioners so you could leave the door shut. It was also very clean and walking distance to sunsets and restaurants on

Great Location!!

Been to the island many times and this place is great. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I liked it because it is waking distance to the main Ali’i street and restaurants.

Convenient and clean

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was quiet, clean and comfy. Easy access to the main strip, walking distance! Our concern before arrival was that the lanai is against a roadway, but you really didn't notice the road noise unless you were sitting out there during the day. So it was just fine. Would book here again.

Perfect Winter Vacation Spot

I grew up visiting other condos in this property. I love the location to everything. The unit was amazing and came with all the amenities. It also included extra boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella.

A great get away

We had a great time at the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped- had everything we needed. Costco was a short drive away and the back entrance was awesome for coming and going. There’s a set of stairs near the parking space that come out right across from the front door of the condo- 3 floors but it helped in working off some of the gelato we consumed daily from one of our fav neighborhood shops. 😋 Overall, it was an outstanding place to stay!!!!

Everything and then some we needed.

Place was great. It stayed so cool in the condo we rarely needed to run the AC. The place had all the amenities you could need. Great pool, great location, excellent parking. One small thing was there was no soap or shampoo at the rental, so make sure to bring your own.

Prime location

This condo was in a prime location. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops on Ali’i drive. Very clean and equipped for our stay. The only downside was the a/c unit in the bedroom was subpar and never cooled down our bedroom so it was uncomfortable from time to time.

Nice Stay in Kailua Village

Property was just like the listing described. Nice apartment at a very fair price. Only complaint was lack of any soaps in the apartment, so do bring your own hotel soaps. Abby, the property manager, was very nice and very easy to communicate with. Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The apartment does face the road and it can be loud during heavy traffic.

Beautiful place in a great location

Spacious and convenient place (walk to Kona restaurants and beaches) yet not stuck with Ali'i traffic! The lanai is quite large and it was nice to enjoy dinner outside, but it does face the street, which can get loud with motorcycle and large trucks. Kitchen was well stocked, including spices and bbq utensils! I love that there are 2 full bathrooms. The only downside was the mattress of the bedroom bed is super hard for me, but the pull out couch was super comfortable.
