1 Bdrm Ocean & Pool view with Large Lanai & AC in the heart of Kailua Kona

This condo's spaciousness lanai looks out over the pool to the ocean. The perfect oasis for a cup of coffee in the morning and evening cocktails. Accommodations include a king size mattress in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed(not pictured) in the living room(good for one adult or 2 kids). There is also a pack and play for those with infants. The condo is tiled throughout and has a washer/dryer. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to historic downtown Kailua-Kona. Free parking. There are some beach essentials: snorkel gear, 2 folding beach chairs, coolers, sand bucket and toys. Keep in mind the beach gear gets used a lot so I definitely recommend bringing you own or renting.

We had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and considerate. Easy check in and check out. Great location to walk around town and small beaches, whale watching, nice pool and hot tub. The BBQ area is great too!

Great place!

This was wonderful! Very short walk to all the stores and right on the ocean. Hot tub and pool were very nice- will definitely consider staying here again the next time.

Ocean view and centrally located

Nice apartment with a view of the pool and the ocean. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn’t need to utilize the kitchen, but it appeared to be appropriately stocked. The lanai is pleasant place to sit and relax the apartment is very convenient to walking into Kona and exploring the island.

Beautiful Condo

Stayed for a couple nights in Kona. This place was perfect!. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed. Everything working well in the condo, lots of amenities. Great for 2 adults and maybe a couple kids. Free parking with easy access to the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ'S and ocean front area to enjoy the sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment with good pool area

It was a nice traditional apartment, with a good balcony and nice pool area on the beach. Only a short walk to town. Communication with the host was very easy and we were able to check in a bit earlier. Having the washer and dryer was great!

Very spacious one bedroom

this is a spacious one bedroom with large lanai area. Four people adults stayed here with lots of room. The kitchen is well equipped. It also has rice cooker, coffee maker, hot water kettle and toaster, microwave, full over and dishwasher. They have beach chairs and cooler bags

Very peaceful and clean stay

Erica was very prompt and courteous to our requests. The condo was very clean and everything in good working order. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Toiletries were greatly appreciated. You are a 10 minute walk to the heart of Kona (shopping/dining/Farmers mkt). You can walk on the street by the hotels parallel to Alli drive to avoid cars and highway noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything I expected

What a wonderful getaway! Everything was as described. Well appointed, the most comfortable mattress and pillows- better than home! Quiet, yet accessible to everything downtown Kona, love this location. Host was quick in communication, condo was super clean, we had everything we needed! We will be back.

Clean unit, nice property

The unit was very clean, and exactly as shown in the listing. They even have a pack and play and extra pad mattress in the closet if you need along with beach chairs, umbrella and a few other things. The manager was very friendly and communicative. The property itself was also clean and relaxing. Pool was perfect and easy to walk to the rocky beach in front with a small sandy beach on the side. Property is within 5 mins walking distance from ocean front restaurants downtown. We bought fish one night and grilled by the pool. Great stay.

Great location and beautiful sunsets

The location for Kona Reef was perfect. Everything in town was within a mile walk. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The bed was just right and we slept well. Parking was easy and always available. Beautiful sunsets from the pool area. Favorite restaurant was Quinn’s Almost by the See. Great food and even better music.AC was in the living room only, but ceiling fans kept air moving and the entire unit cool. Target Safeway and Walmart are close by (2 miles) for groceries. Restaurants, Gelato and shops all within a mile walk.

Beautiful views

Great condo with great views. The AC works in the front of the unit but not in the bedroom. There is a fan but it blows extremely hard and it’s not capable of being turned down which was frustrating. Other than that it was a great stay
