Next fan in the bedroom does not work, next cut my finger on a sppon with jagged edges while washing dishes this went directly in garbage. We stayed 35 nights oh also no broom no CanopenerWalls all gross by the oven doorways no trim on some areas no coffee table! "This property is really in the heart of it all. Easy walking distance to beaches, shopping, groceries, restaurants, nightlife, and more. Being a corner unit with 2 lanais was a definite bonus. Lots of light and great ocean and city views. Dedicated parking spot was also a real luxury. The unit was very clean and Lia was helpful and responsive throughout the reservation and rental process. Another bonus was that this unit was stocked with lots of great supplies which made hanging at the beach...

"Pros: Convenient parking deck across the street Hot Breakfast was good enough Beach Chairs and Boogie Boards to loan out for the beach Cons: Room expectations overstated on Expedia Elevator dreadfully slow Oceanview could mean looking out a window and not the balcony Balcony doors on one of our rooms was not usable due to building maintenance but sold as a ocean view balcony room. For the expectations given by the website, the room conditions did not deliver. It wasn't trashed or extremely dirty but was overstated on the websites. Our two rooms were four floors apart in different towers initially and then moved to the same tower but still four floors apart. The room was not terrible but greatly overstated."
