Adults Only & Resorts in Kabukicho from AU$82

Very clean and professional. Great for couples. Stayed 3 nights and had no issues.

This hotel is a must stay for any couples wanting to explore Tokyo. For a start, check in finished at 11pm. But our flight was looking to arrive late so we would potentially miss the check in time. We emailed the hotel the situation and they assured us that we would be fine to check in and no fee would be charged. We had a goody bag waiting for us, with an explanation on how to use all the amenities by an English speaking staff member. The room had karaoke, a spa and a seperate sauna, a bidet...

Great service and amenities

At check in we were handed our room key and advised that there were complimentary chopsticks and sake in the room. Free wide range of self-serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and cakes was a great surprise - help yourself whenever you want. Breakfast was decent. Simple, but sufficient. Making your own sushi balls was cool. Room was on the smaller side, but that's...

As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo. Be aware that it is about 1km from the train station that takes you directly into Tokyo (Shibuya) but you can get a Uber or a bus there quite easily (or...
