"We were there in between the summer and winter seasons, so most restaurants and shops were closed. If they were open, this would be a happening place. We enjoyed the quiet, but options were slim. The outdoor spa is lovely, but it is quite noisy, so not very relaxing."

"Alpine Bliss. This charming, well furnished apartment was the perfect place to spend several days in the Berner Oberland. The two spacious balconies looked directly on to the snow-covered Eiger, Monch, and Jungfraujoch mountain peaks. Georgeous views. The small town of Murren, with a well-provisioned Coop supermarket a few minutes walk was the perfect mountain retreat. Would definitely stay in Chateau Myrenna again."

The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience. It was a bit of a panic doll because Google maps said that you cannot get to the hotel. "

The building itself is beautiful. Walking around the first floor, you see lots of lovely common spaces. It feels very grand and fancy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wengen again."
