Lovely hotel! A short walk uphill from the nearest bus stop but the views are amazing, the beds comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is more beautiful than the pictures show. The view from the property and from our balcony was breathtaking. The sounds of cow bells and the animals all around us were an extra perk. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay. I am a tad hard to please and very critical, I almost never come back to the same hotel twice, but I think this one might be an exception. The location is perfect, close to town and all the places we wanted to visit, this is a perfect base for day trips.

We liked the view from the Hotel and parking, the breakfast was very good. Kids bed was not very comfortable, but for small kids it would probably be better (my kids 17 & 13). Shower was good. Overall we stayed only one night.

This is an older quaint style hotel. No air conditioning. There is a small bar that is available in the evening for a night cap. The rooms are older but clean. The views from the hotel are stunning. Be prepared for steeper incline walk back to hotel if you head into town for supper.

Breakfast was amazing! All staff spoke English and were very helpful. I loved the huge soaker bathtub after a full day of hiking! It would have been nice to have a complimentary or even minimal cost Shuttle Service on our arrival at the Interlaken West train station as the hike up from the Laghasse bus stop is quite steep when hauling luggage up to the hotel. The Visitor Guest pass at least allowed for free use of local transportation close to our hotel. And we were able to pay for a shuttle to the train station on our departure day. Overall a wonderful experience.

Excellent breakfast options, service and the views from the hotel was extremely beautiful. They helped us store our super heavy luggages as we arrived earlier to our check in time. And they also helped us call a taxi at a reasonable price when we checked out. Absolutely enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend this hotel. The Swiss countryside experience around the hotel is an added plus. Say hello to the sheep across the hotel.

Very nice breakfast. The experience is very interesting with cows right under balcony of the chalet, lambs nearby, great views of the lake and mountains, hiking trail right there. Few restaurants within walking distance. We got free bus card to travel to both Wilderswil and Interlaken railway stations with easy reach to all attractions.

The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful. It’s inside the valley and gives us the best atmosphere. The balcony with the Mountain View is a bonus. They have public refrigerator to store the stuff, but not at the room. Don’t forget to take your stuff when you leave.

The views are incredible. The pool was an amazing amenity after a long day of touring around. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Eating options are limited in the area and we did not rent a car which wasn't ideal.

Quaint place near all of the sights. Good access to the mountain towns and Interlaken. Parking was a little tough on occasion, but the room was nice and staff was great. Pool has best view of any pool we've ever seen. Breakfast was also very good. Would stay here again (and they're installing A/C right now).

Older hotel that has not been renovated but was clean and the beds were comfy (most important!). Decent amount of space in the room. Disappointed that the AC was not working during a heat wave. The pool looked really nice. Overalll a nice stay and happy breakfast was included. I understand it is high season but not what I would call worth $400/night.
