"The staff here is incredible accommodating. Super friendly and very willing to help. They spent 5-10 minutes going over all the hiking opportunities in the area, etc. with me (and with all new others who checked in). The single room is a little tight, but that's expected in Europe. The proper was very clean, in good repair, and the bed was comfy. Very enjoyable stay."

"Loved the view, the hotel, the restaurant, included breakfast, the indoor playground, the outdoor playground, the proximity to the train station, quality of the room. A little expensive overall but it felt worth it.
The pool facilities are not part of the hotel. They're just privileges at the city pool which is a bit of a walk. That was the only disappointment."

"Great hotel! Just a 2 minute walk from the train stop. The views were amazing, and the spa was a great added feature that my wife and I took avantage of. It is conveniently located and close to everything you would want to getvto up here."

"Excellent base for exploring Jungfrau region. Hotel was very comfortable, the room was much more stylish than we’d expected from the pictures and we loved the view of the mountains from the room. The only disappointment was only one of the restaurants was open despite the website saying both would be open all year round. As we’d specifically chosen the hotel for its restaurant options (particularly as we’re both vegan) this did impact our stay. Luckily we found a few other good options in Wengen and interlaken! "
