The hotel was very clean all over. All staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The coffee machine in the room and the coffee provided were also top notch. We loved everything!

Great central location in Grindewald. Spectacular breakfast and very helpful/friendly staff. Very easy to get to anything in Grindewald, close to bus station that takes you to Grindewald terminal within 5-10 min. Lots of amenities like a gym and spa that we did not get to use since we were traveling with young children. Would be a great hotel for couples. If you are traveling as a family and don’t plan on using all of the amenities, it might be worth opting for a less expensive hotel. Either way, though, it was a great stay.

The staff was awesome! The hotel was a nice location but a lot of construction. Just know to check on that prior to booking. We were awoken to hammering at 7am two mornings in a row. Also there was a hair found baked into my rosti.. the stag was very helpful and accommodating though!

Had a great balcony room with a view of Eiger. Staff service was superb, welcoming and very helpful to plan our time there. Great breakfast and Barry’s Restaurant was also excellent - service and food.

The hotel is very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very good view. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The location is good; while it requires a short walk from the station, this distance keeps the hotel quiet. Breakfast was okay, though the selection was limited. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the room. They also offer free afternoon tea cakes, which I didn't get to try since I was out. Overall, it is a nice hotel.
