The room was very comfortable and clean, Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant was outstanding. The location was incredible -- you are right by the train station and in the middle of all the action. Can't say enough good things about Hotel Kreuz & Post. Highly recommend and will be back!

Wonderful hotel and great location

Hotel was fantastic. Extremely friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, right next to the train and all the shops and restaurant. Perfect for mountaineers visiting Grindelwald.

Melanie is a nice lady who is hospitality to every guest. I can feel her passion for her job. But the 4th floor is under construction. Overall, it’s good for solo traveler. Btw, I like the breakfast.

Excellent place right next to train station

This was a great place to stay. Perfect location right next to the train station. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The sauna was super. And the included breakfast was excellent, too. A great deal for Grindelwald, as well.

Super convenient location with nice views from the balcony. Easy walk to the Main Street of Grindelwald as well as the gondola for First and the gondola to the Jungfrau. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Good experience

The location is perfect for trains and buses. The service is great and breakfast is good. The room is quite big, but the plugs for charging mobile phones are far from the bedsides.

Great view and fun duplex room

The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the train station and within easy walking distance to restaurants and gondolas. Our room was fantastic: a spacious duplex with 1.5 bathrooms and a stunning view, which made our stay both fun and comfortable. However, the elevator and hallway were quite narrow, which made it a bit tricky to maneuver our stroller and luggage. As for breakfast, it was decent, though nothing particularly memorable.

Perfect for my needs
