"Location is excellent. Can walk to subway stations within 5 minutes. Room is clean but moist. You have to turn on the aircon for 24 hours to get your bed feels dry enough to sleep into. Amenities are a little bit old but still in good enough condition. Good for what you've paid for."

"Assigned rooms on the six floor. Hotel staff didn't know the TV remote wasn't working until I wanted to watch TV and realized it wasn't working. This could be avoided if they checked room's condition before assigning it. There was construction outside the window. It caused a lot of noise in the morning. Unexpected to many scratch marks on wall. Also, saw caulking stain and rusty curtain rod in the bathroom."

"Worst hotel ever! Advertised as a smoke free hotel but I was awakened by strong cigarette smell in room at 4am for 2 consecutive nights. Called front desk to complain but staff fell asleep and didn’t pick up early in the morning. Refused my request for refund. Moved to the Salvation Army hotel next door and it’s 100 times better."

"Great location, and the room itself is very nice. Entrance is difficult to find (not labeled), and even during the designated check-in hours, the staff do not answer the door bell and are difficult to get ahold of to actually get inside the hotel. Once inside however, everything is great. The room is very clean. Bed was very comfortable, and linens/pillows were of a nice quality."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway, shopping and dinning. The room is small, as are most Hong Kong hotels, but sufficient for two people. There were a couple of English channels on TV. Some of the staff did struggle with English though. "
