"An excellent place, everything was shaping up fine - except the receptionist asked to keep my passport overnight, and when I left early to catch a train, there was a different receptionist, no note had been left on my packaged breakfast, remembered too late for a return trip to the hotel, missed my train - it cost me well over a million to get to Bandung that day ...shame really. THERE SHOULD BE NO REQUEST TO LEAVE YOUR PASSPORT IN ANY MODERN HOTEL !!"

"My family and I were staying here for 4 days and had an amazing time. Love the hotel’s architecture, dining room, and our room also great and spacious. Lena and the others employees were super friendly and very nice. The breakfast menus were excellent and highly recommended.
