"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."

"The location was great ... far enough from congestion but close enough to walk if needed. Night food markets down the street. Good variety at breakfast. Only issue was room cleaning was before 10am. "

"The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent."

"The hotel keeps their old spacy room which made my mother be able to stay comfortably since my mother is using wheel chair. The bed is wide and comfortable. The shower room is also spacy and the shower head is easy to be used. However, the elevator is a little small, so it was a bit difficult for us to get on the elevator with wheel chair. I like Cendana Hotel and I want to stay there again. It is being renovated now and I hope they do not change the room size and the shower room design /style....

" The room was very small, with no closet space and no drawers. Thin walls, you could hear people in the next room. They required you to leave your passport at the front desk, which seemed wrong."
