"Charming hotel located very near the train station. Very conveniently placed for getting around. The rooms are nicely renovated, although on the small side and the bathrooms are a little dated. Slightly odd staffed hours and not very clear how to check out outside of these. "

The room was very comfortable with all the essential things you need, included coffe and tea. The room was all renewed. Bathroom very clean The bed and pillows very comfortable. "We needed a comfortable stay and a good night’s sleep on the last leg of our journey, but unfortunately this was not provided at this hotel. The room was not as advertised and we had a creaky and very uncomfortable sofa bed rather than an actual double. The room was not the same as the one in the pictures and that’s despite emailing to confirm. The mosquitos in the room were troublesome and you could see squashed ones in the bathroom. "The hotel is located close to the Reims centre train station. It was great if you are traveling by train. Very walkable location - great dining options. We arrived earlier, so we had to store our luggage at the hotel till the check in time at 3. The room was smaller than we expected, but very clean. The shower stall was very small too. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff was very friendly."

"Les Crayeres is exceptional. From the professional staff to the Michelin restaurant to the beautifully furnished room, we were comfortable all of the time. English speaking friendly staff. Walkable to Veuve Cliquot and Pommery, two of the oldest woman-owned businesses in the world."
