Overnight stay for family of 4 with a dog on the way from the Alps to the Eurotunnel. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Easy access, good location and friendly staff.

It was a really nice stay - comfortable, welcoming, quiet and clean. There was an issue with a window closure in my room, the receptionist gave us a different room/an upgrade that had a coffee machine and a bottle of water. Thank you for your welcome! The hotel is very well taken care of, there's a small groccery store that sells local products and bread right next to the hotel and a secured parking.

the room was a good size. The check in was confusing. We arrived at 2.30pm and as reception did not open until 4pm we tried to use the self check in machine . The machine kept trying to charge us for the accomodation( we had paid months earlier) This was frustrating given that we had already paid. Finally we saw someone inside who advised that if you had already paid you can not use the machine. Also every time you left the property and came back to the hotel you had to go through the process of logging in to the internet. This involved re entering information on about 4 different pages. Very frustrating. Apart from these 2 issues the hotel was good.
