Conveniently located less than a ten minute walk to the Cathedral and old section. The room was more than adequate, clean and a great value. Metered parking is easy to find on the street.

Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe. Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town.

The property is definitely a budget type of hotel, but still overall acceptable. If you will be out sightseeing most of the day, then this room is priced exactly right.

I stayed solo for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm driving around France so having a kitchenette to prep food was very useful too. The place is clean, quiet and a short walk to the city centre.

The apartment was very clean and exactly like on the description. Very closed to the city main attractions, basic in terms of decoration but very well equipped. Very good value for money. There is also a parking right at the corner.

We stayed for one night before heading to the airport. Just my daughter and I. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good size. Kitchenette is purposeful but very small so don’t bank on ot to cook a gourmet meal! The location is beautiful and access to everything is easy.

My French was not the best, but the staff was very understanding and worked with me to answer all my questions. It can be easy to get lost in the city since the location is inside a building complex, but you’ll figure it out soon.

Eventhough the photos of the rooms are the same, the property on the outside and the terrace are way worse. It feels cold and unviting. Rooms are super clean and staff (while not always on front desk) were super nice.

It was an in expensive place to stay. A short cab ride to shops and restaurants. There are a few things within walking distance. The hotel sells pizza. Don’t do it. I was too The girl at the desk accidently dropped it in the box. It was mangled. She offered to make me another but I was too tired and took it as is. It was terrible. Other than that the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Comfortable hotel walking distance to Reims centre

Comfortable appart’hotel in Reims centre, about 500 m from cathédral and centre. The room is not huge but well equipped with a kitchen and fold away table. The shower is a good size. 24 hour reception, very helpful. Note that the hotel does not have parking. We had no trouble to find a space nearby but you do have to pay (5 eur per day - choose ‘day ticket’ and not ‘visitor’ or else it will restrict you to 5 hours only). Note as well that, being an appart’hotel, cleaning is not done daily but you can collect spares such as toilet roll from reception if required.

Hotel room was fine, was able to get portable aircon for 2nd night, but it didn't cool much. The entry/reception/signage really need work. It really lets the hotel down. Also annoying having the outside tables where people smoke right near the front door.

We woke up without electricity or water due to a supposedly planned inspection but no one told us and they pretend it was signs on the elevator and the reception but we must have been blind because they were no signs and we took the stairs. The receptionist said nothing of the sort when we checked in. The washing machine is connected, via an app to a different site and we lost our money. Finally when it worked the dryer was broken and we had a load of wet clothes to go home. To be fair the night receptionist had pity on us and used the personal’s dryer to dry them. I contacted the washing machine company and they did not respond. The hotel denied any responsibility. Neither for the lack of communication or their defect laundry. The location is great. The amenities poor, it is cheap but I do not recommend it to anyone.
