Terrible hotel. NO GO AREA

Terrible hotel. NO GO AREA. Chambers are not clean and dusty. Airco/heating system hasn't been cleaned. I did not take a shower because the entire bathroom looked and smelledfoul. Hotel is locked from the outside with a code. No staff in the hotel between 11:00 and 16:00 to open the door. Nobody speaks a word of English. 1/10 experience, would not recommend this to anyone.

Komplet vanvittigt hotel. Vi ankommer sent om aftenen og når lige at få nøglerne til vores to værelser, og så smutter nattevagten. Da vi kommer ind på et af værelserne, er det ikke gjort klar efter de forrige gæster - uredt seng, fyldt skraldespand, brugte håndklæder. Nattevagten er gået, så vi kan intet gøre. Da vi checker ud, aftaler vi med hotellet, at vi ikke skal betale for det beskidte værelse. Vi betaler og kører. 12 timer senere skriver de pludselig, at de vil trække for værelset alligevel, da de mener at vi har godkendt det ved check-in, hvilket er løgn. Morgenmaden var i øvrigt en joke. Hold jer langt væk fra dette dybt håbløse sted.

De kamer was keurig. Prima bed. Simpel ontbijt maar prima. Het personeel was telefonisch s' avonds erg behulpzaam om de deur met behulp van een code open te doen. Erg fijn

Un accueil très sympa

Super accueil par des dames extrêmement sympathiques et professionnelles. Repas correct, Buffet d'entrées multiples à volonté. Nombreux choix de desserts. Chambres grandes et propres, salle de bain nickelles et pdj très bien. Hôtel Super calme. Chambres climatisées. Vraiment, je recommande.

Le profit avant le service

Hotel a l'abandon et tres mal entrenu. Douche pleine de calcaire, papier peint qui se decolle et service restauration déplorable (petit dej et dîner). J'avais réservé une chambre avec baignoire que je n'ai pas eu car a la reption il a ete estimé que le prix annoncé sur le site n'etait pas suffisant alors que l'hotel etait quasi vide. (2€ d'ecart)

Dit hotel geeft aan 24 uur receptie, restaurant, Bar te hebben. Alles was gesloten. We kregen een mailtje met toegangscode en voelde al nattigheid. Na een lange rit hadden er gezien de mooie aanbevelingen op hotel. Com verwacht iets te kunnen drinken in de bar en het hotel niet meer uit te hoeven om te dineren. Een grote fiasco. Kamer zeer klein , gedateerd en zeer eenvoudig. S morgens hebben we de receptie erop aangesproken en het werd simpel afgedaan met een schouderophaal. Beter op letten voordat we volgende keer boeken.

L'Auberge Rouge dans la banlieue de Reims.

Arrivés à 23h00, ayant réservé une heure avant, nous avons été accueilli à l'interphone par un homme profondément endormi qui se raclait la gorge et reniflait.... et nous dis qu'il n'a pas de chambre ! Nous lui expliquons la démarche que nous avons faite, il ne comprend visiblement rien, et de toute évidence il ne connaît pas internet (non, non je ne plaisante pas !!! Aussi grotesque que cela puisse paraître...). Après nous avoir permis d'accéder à la réception, on découvre un "retraité" version vieux marin très fatigué sur le retour, en "marcel" trop court (merci le nombril proéminent).... s'il avait été ivre, le tableau aurait été parfait... Il a appelé "la patronne" qui a longuement tenté de lui expliquer la démarche pour faire l'entrée, et après avoir réussi à payer la nuitée, ma femme m'a dit qu'elle ne dormirait pas ici, trop peur après ce qui venait de se passer, en plus dans le fond d'une zone industrielle....
