Well located comfortable modern hotel

Comfortable modern hotel and very comfortable bed. Hotel is within walking distance of the city centre (and railway station). Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast offer. Liked the access to the roof terrace (lovely to have an outdoor space to sit in on a warm sunny day.

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. 10-15 minute walk into Reims. Clean room. Parking was in an adjacent multi-storey and the hotel have a discount rate of 19€ per day with multiple entrance and exits (apparently, we just left our parked there overnight)

Its a solid 3 star hotel (cant see how this can be clasified as 4 star) in not an ideal neighborhood. Its a classic Radisson Blue (not Radisson). The rooms are OK actially (in between 3 and 4 star), breakfast is OK. The neighborhood is rail tracks on one side and industrial estate and empty field on the other. Service good, employees very friendly though. Its not far from the center

Lovely hotel - bar lets it down!

Lovely hotel although a little walk from The town centre. Rooms were immaculate. The only thing that lets this place down is the bar. They had no wine. In France? The first night we thought it was because they just ran out but it seems not and they did nothing to rectify it. Not the end of the world but given how far they are from the centre you would think they would be able to offer their guests a full bar if they chose to stay in the hotel to eat.

Exceptional Stay at the Radisson in Reims

From the moment I arrived at the Radisson in Reims, I was greeted by staff who made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their consistent attentiveness and friendly demeanor created a positive first impression. Throughout my stay, team members were eager to assist with any request, whether I needed information about the city or support during the check-in process. Their professionalism was evident and truly set the tone for my visit. My room was clean and inviting, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The only small issue I encountered was that the cleaning lady did not leave extra towels in the room. Having additional towels would have been convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience. One of the standout features of the hotel was its exceptional art and décor. The thoughtfully designed interiors added to the overall ambiance, making my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, I highly recommend the Radisson in Reims to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The attentive staff and high standards of cleanliness make this hotel an outstanding choice for travelers.

Mixed feelings

The hotel is only 1yr old and is in good modern decor. Room fittings and furniture are of good quality. The staff are very polite although some seem inexperienced and not quite enough of them. Witnessed couple trying to book in for over 10 minutes before someone came to reception desk. Biggest letdown was bill when we left. Tried to overcharge us €40 when I queried was left for 20mins as for some reason they could not provide me with itemised bill. I was then presented with 4 receipts when I knew had only signed 3 during stay. 4th one was for €40 and unsigned, knew it wasn't mine, finally agreed to cancel. Other french woman after us was also querying bill. Think it is a reflection of staff training rather than anything else. Advise to check your bill.

All the people at the reception were very nice and helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was clean and spacious, better than i anticipated. If I ever travel back to Reims, Radisson will be my preferred hotel.

A relatively new property, clean and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were well made. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. The one issue was that there was no drawer space for small clothing items.
