"Pool and hot tub were not clean, continental breakfast was lacking everyday. Staff were friendly, rooms were properly cleaned. Many of the beach umbrellas were broken. "

"Although, I’ve been to Negril many times before, this was my first time staying at Firefly and I regret not staying there sooner.
The grounds and well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend and look forward to staying there again!"

"This is a luxury property with a welcoming feel. Fantastic for families and kids of all ages. We stayed for 5 days with a groups of 7 adults 1 child. We wish we would have stayed longer. During our stay the hotel was not busy at all. We never waited in oune for food drinks or needed reservation for anything. We enjoyed the variety and quality of food and drinks. Our room was 6479 which is the top floor overlooking the beach facing the overwater bungalows. This is not an upgraded room but for a couple we had everything we needed. The room felt like we were the first to stay in it. Other people in pur groyp"
"We went in the off season. The owners and staff were very attentive. I highly recommend the food there for all meals just make sure to tell them in advance you'll be eating there. Travel from Negril to the retreat if you drive there. If dont you will drive through very hard to drive in mountains (at least for an American). It is very beautiful and remote. We do plan on coming back for the food and amazing veiws and recomending it to out friends and families."

"I very concerned about security in the building. I needed more reassurance than it's very safe. Jamacia can be a dangerous place especially when it's outside of the tourist areas. I didn't feel protected or safe. "
