The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Food was good at both buffet and the various restaurants, water park was perfect for the kids however I just wished it opened earlier (it opens at 10am). Kids club was very clean and equipped with various toys. Will definitely visit again.

Princess Hotel is the best hotel I have ever been to. The atmosphere and the ambiance is unlike none other, the staffs were very friendly and polite and very professional.
