We like everything about hotel: check in, friendly stuff, beautiful Art Deco style in every aspect, up to the little details, spacious and very comfortable room, all room facilities, friendly and professional house keeping personnel. Very delicious breakfast and very hard working and attentive stuff involved in breakfast service. Very quick and pleasant check out. We did not like - the attitude of valet, only 2 minutes after our arrival. The most important thing what we did not like is that we were misled by restaurant staff about our booked special celebration dinner, that was very disappointing as well as very average quality of food, which is does not fit with the Park Hyatt standards and principles.

Great location to get around Melbourne

This is a great hotel in a not so savoury area. The staff are warm and friendly. The rooms are good. If you're staying just one night a queen room is fine but a king room is preferable for longer stays. In great condition spotless and fast lifts. The beds are firm to say the least
