Communication for picking up and dropping off key was not great. I emailed twice with no reply so ended up phoning them. Other than that the property was excellent. Close to tram stop, very clean and tidy. Great views.

The property was in a good location, only 5 minutes walk to Southgate and the Yarra River. Fabulous pool - we swam everyday. The views just gorgeous - especially early morning and evening. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds comfy and the rooms were a good size - plenty of space for the 5 adults we had staying. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Excellent communication before and throughout the stay.

The staff were amazing. Chris and Evan were very accomodating with our little one. Very friendly. Nicely renovated place. Only downside was it eas noisy at night like a constant noise from a machine and it wasnt the aircon. Also there is an adult only restaurant but with kids you can even order from ...
