"Clean, large room, friendly staff and fabulous gym. So disappointed to learn on arrival the pool wasn't open. Fantastic breakfast."

"Everything overall felt above a four-star standard, but there were a few disappointing details. The room was missing some basic touches, for example, the hand wash bottle was empty, and the hot tub jets initially released dirty flakes, requiring a couple of flushes before they ran clean. Breakfast was below average with limited options. Although breakfast was included and I stayed in their top-tier room, I was told I’d need to pay extra for a fried egg or omelette (500TL😱). The only eggs available were very watery scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Aside from that, the rest of the breakfast items were quite basic, though still good, and there were no bakery options beyond biscuits. Despite these drawbacks, the overall quality of service and the rooms was excellent. I would still stay there again if I’m in the area and would recommend it, as the positives outweigh the negatives."

"Breakfast was average one boiled egg, and four different type of small quantity cheeses, jam,, butter, honey bread, and coffee. Worst part of the hotel is that guests were allowed to smoking anywhere they like. Hotel even provides matches for the cigarette in the bathroom amenities. Staff was excellent "

"Swimming pool is closed due to some repairs till the end of spring other than that everything was excellent, also the breakfast buffet serves same things everyday "

"Excellent stay! The hotel was super clean, honestly one of the cleanest I’ve experienced in Istanbul. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The location is perfect – Marmaray is right next to the hotel, which makes getting around very easy. There are also taxis and many local shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel sucks. I booked a room a month in advance and then needed to revise three weeks before my trip due to my job messing up. I realized this very quickly and tried to revise by a couple days but never received a single response from this hotel. I’m not sure it is even a legit operation. I would highly suggest staying ANUWHERE else but here. You might show up and no one will be there. They definitely don’t answer their emails or calls. This hotel is a joke. I lost a stay but hopefully you won’t have to as well and learn from my mistake. "
