Very friendly welcome, we arrived early but the hotel next door work together with Violin so they took our bags until it was time to check in. Housekeeping was very good. Own key for the outside door meant easy come easy go. Would have loved a kettle in the room though the owner did offer to make tea anytime. Aircon worked very well and fridge was useful.

Great location for easy access to sultanahmet. The tram from there will get you to most popular locations. The hotel is clean, staff are polite.

Nice sea view
Everything ok. Staff amazing and so friendly and respectful, my booking was for economy room and that was on ground floor but they gave me on second floor with sea view which was amazing The only think i never like in business family which live in the same building with guests, is always noisy in the building for people who spend more time in the room, Shutting doors or calling each other so loud. Especially small buildings

I worked 8 years as hotelier and i have been 40 different countries in the world but i have never seen Terrible hotel like that I made an online reservation and been there really late at night they check me in after 2 min staff come to my room and told us that we have to check out because we are not married in addition this info was nowhere not on the Expedia not in the hotel reservation info and hotel owner called his daughter and she gave me the phone and he and her daughter told me bad words I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL PLEASE CHOOSE OTHER ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! otherwise you will be in trouble !!!!!

A nice and memorable place to stay
I booked the room with the sea view for my parents and they absolutely loved it there. The room was clean and comfortable and they had this nice view of Bosphorus which they could enjoy the sunrise. Moreover, the location is so great and you will have access to the old city as well as nice restaurants within walking distances. Be careful about the stairs though if you are taking your big luggage with you, you might ask for some help as the staircase is a bit narrow but it doesn't bother at all :) All in all it was a very nice place for its price for sure.

Manque de fiabilité en ce qui concerne la réservation en elle même. Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir avec notre bébé et nous n’avons pas pu accéder à notre chambre alors que nous avions réservé et payer sur internet. On a été loger 2 nuits dans un autre hôtel à côté sans frais, puis on a été replacer à Violin boutique par la suite. Remballer ses affaires fut assez fatiguant lorsque l’on a un bébé.. Pour compenser le dérangement nous avons été placés en chambre avec vue sur mer. Le personnel s’est excusé pour le dérangement. On souligne le manque de gestion et d’accueil à l’arrivé.

Das Zimmer hat komplett nach Kanalisation gestunken. Dann sagen sie zu uns, wir sollen das Klopapier nicht in der Toilette runterspülen da sich sonst die Toilette verstopft. Das Klopapier soll in ein Eimer neben dran. Wir haben keine Nacht da verbracht und ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Für die 7 Tage haben wir keine Erstattung bekommen. Vielleicht sollten sie in der Beschreibung angeben dass das Zimmer stinkt und die Toilette nicht richtig benutzt werden kann.

Dear violin hotel team, me and my wife would like to thank you very much for the nice reception and the farewell. The Hotel owner and his team looked after us very well during our stay and were always helpful. We booked the hotel room for two nights. It was very spacious, clean and the decor of the room was very modern. The bed was comfortable and the highlight was definitely the rain shower. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Istanbul. Best regards

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer top Lage, einen Katzensprung vom Sultan Ahmet Platz. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gründlichst gereinigt. Am Empfang wurden wir von dem Hotelbesitzer persönlich empfangen. Dieser hat uns jeden Tag neue Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Orte empfohlen wo wir hin gehen können. Abends kam auch der Besitzer mit Kaffee und Tee zum Rauchen vor dem Hotel und man hat sich nett unterhaltet. Alles in einem ein sehr schönes Hotel. Bei der nächsten Reise definitiv mein Favorit.

Der Gastgeber Salih ist sehr freundlich und hilft mir alles was er kann. Das Zimmer ist auf laufsbstand nach viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Grand Bazaar und Aya Sofia . Sehr gute Unterkunft fur ein niedrige Preis .

Goede service voor een goede prijs
Goed geholpen en geadviseerd, heb een grotere en betere kamer gekregen dan ik had gereserveerd. Kamer is elke dag netjes schoongemaakt wat zeker in deze Corona tijd een pluspunt is. Qua locatie ligt het iets minder toegankelijk door verbouwingen maar je bent binnen 5 minuten op het Sultanahmet plein, hou wel rekening met dat je een paar heuvels op moet lopen, Verder erg centraal.

Hotellet var mycket bra för weekend resor, det är ett litet hotell med en väldigt liten reception, rummet var litet med en stor och bekväm säng med bra täcke och kudde, schysst badrum, man fick oxå egen vattenkokare och tepåsar om man ville dricka det innan läggdags eller på morgonen. Som ovan skrivet perfekt för den som kommer spendera större delen av tiden ute. Det som kan vara värt att känna till är att det saknas hiss, det är trevlig personal på 2 personer som verkligen ville vara behjälpliga. Området kändes tryggt och nära Sultan Ahmet men ändå off.
