لا يستحق الإقامة
الفندق لا يرقى إلى مستوى 4 نجوم.. الحمام غير نظيف والتلفزيون قنواته محدودة جدا.. الأصوات والإزعاج ..حيث لا يوجد عوازل بين الغرف والطوابق لن أسكن الفطور محدود جدا..لن أسكن في الفندق مره ثانية.. وللأمانة فقد كان طاقم العمل في الفندق خلوقين وودودين وأوجه لهم الشكر.

5 star ….what a laugh
Who ever said this hotel is 5 star then he needs his head tested I am supposed to be a GOLD member but I tell the truth about this rewards which is false promises and it doesn’t worth the paper is written on it … To be honest I am really not going to use the Hotel. Com as you are reasonable to make sure the hotel is what it says

Konaklama konusunda sorun olmamasina ragmen otel yetkilileri cok saygisiz 2 saatlik gecikme yuzunden gec cikis ucreti alacaklarina tam gun odemesi talep ederek esyalara el konuldu kesinlikle tavsiye edilemeyecek bir durum

Merhaba;Misafir acenteniz üzerinden ödemesi yapılarak konaklamaya başlamış ve misafirin uzatma yapacağı sabah saatlerinde misafir tarafından size bildirilmişti. Ancak siz ve çalışanlarınız ödememizi yapmamakta ısrar ettiniz ve misafirin özel durumunu bahane etmeye çalıştınız. misafir check out saatinden 4 saat sonra geri gelmiş. Ayrıca misafirin eşyalarına el koymadık sadece check out saati ve misafirin oda giriş kartının süresi geçtiği için misafir odasına girememiş ancak çalışanlarımız tarafından geciktirilmeden kartları yenilenmiş ve odasına girişi sağlanmıştır.

teveel lawaai van andere kamers
Ik kom hele nacht niet slapen door het lawaai en herrie van andere kamers. Ik hoorde alleen maar gegil en geschreeuw. Ook hoorde we bed gepiep van andere kamer. Heel vervelend en telt zeker mee voor het beoordeling. English: I 'll not sleep all night because of the noise and noise from other rooms. I heard only screams and shouts. We also heard from another room bed squeak . Very annoying and certainly counts for the assessment .
