"Very comfortable and good breakfast"

"I lived on Long Island for most of my life and spent much time down port and always considered Danfords a place with high standards. My family had had our parties here and my employers have had their holiday parties here so I was very surprised to be disappointed when I booked my first stay here. I live out of state now and came back to see family and decided to stay at Danfords for the first time. After driving 12 hours, we were told our room was across the street in the G building, but that the building had no carts for luggage. I would have to go back across the street and bring one from the lobby. It's a bit of an inconvenience, but i shrugged it off. My mother and i walk into our room and it was rather filthy and smelled almost musty. Stains on the pillows, blankets, hair in the mini fridge, soap dispensers weren't refilled, and the chain to the balcony door was hanging off the hinges. The young man behind at the lobby did his best to accomodate me by moving our rooms and letting management know I wanted to talk the next morning. The new room was cleaner, but heavy scratching on the bathroom door and ripped carpets were adding to the disappointment. Management took off a $33 resort fee, but resort is a term that should be used loosely. I will probably not stay here again and hope the buildings and rooms get a much needed face lift in the future."

"Actually there is one man who has a bad attitude all the time about35 years .he needs to get to be retrained how to talk to people the attitude .it like he really doesn't care and i think it should be watched by the staff members and put on probation"

"Breakfast was fresh and excellent for the stay. The room was ok. The carpet was a little dirty. The pool was well kept and at a good temperature. Over all we enjoyed the stay and the location is conveniently located to the aquarium and the outlets. "

"Room was okay. what I didn't like. was at least in my room the closet door when open if we're in the bathroom first thing you would hit is the door, You should have where you could heat up some water to make tea or coffee, and coming in and out of hotel was a pain cause you always had to show ID, they should have separate entrances for hotel quest and casino patrons, maybe when construction is done it will be better."

"We had a terrible experience at the Hilton this past Saturday evening. It was like staying in a frat house. Adults running up and down the hall, slamming doors, blasting music. Front desk staff told us, "I mean, it's a Saturday night". There's a giant sign next to the elevators saying quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. We experienced someone having a full on rave in their room well past 1am. We begged to switch rooms, and were told there was nothing available, however once my husband really lost his temper (at 130am), suddenly there was an empty room available on the other side of the hotel. We packed up our whole room and moved in the middle of the night. Truly horrible night and we will never return."
