"Our host Shelly is an absolute sweetheart. She had cookies for our arrival and gave us helpful info about the area. The B&B has bedrooms at either end of a common LR, DR and kitchen so if both rooms are rented the common space is shared. We had the place to ourselves, which was super. On our second night just after dark we heard the sound of horses trotting as Mennonite carriages went by - so cool. We’re country bumpkins (smile) and loved the farm setting for our stay. "The cabin was as expected, clean and cosy. It was the season of chilly nights but the heater kept the cabin warm, during the warmer days we enjoyed the outdoor furniture and park across the road. The location is good, between Lindsay and Peterborough both of which we explored."

"Cottage was really cute and cozy! We enjoyed our stay! Only thing that was not very clear from the listing is that the cottage is not directly on the water, but the access is very close by! About a 10-15 minutes walk from the village! We definitely enjoyed our relaxing time!"

"Our family (with 2 kids under 10) stayed here for 3 nights. Cathy was a very welcoming and warm host who gave us a tour of the property upon arrival. The cottage was even more beautiful in person. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All rooms had fans, which we appreciated. The skylights all around the cottage made it bright and functional. Location was perfect - between Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls. We highly recommend a stay here - you'll make memories for life!"

"Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Had questions before booking and after, owners replied back almost immediately. When arriving they messaged to check in I got in okay and to let them know if I had any other questions. It’s October so it’s cold the screen room was perfect for space of 9 people to be able to see the beautiful view, relax and stay warm. Each room had its own temperature for each guest to adjust to their liking. Lots of space, and accommodation for a great price in comparison...

The dining room is lovely, ans is the choice of music, and my server, Adina was gracious and attentive, not hesitating to consult the chef with my questions. Adina gets high marks, as does the chef. My beef rib ragout was delicious. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the toilet handle, which was loose and needed replacement, and what sounded like a vapour lock when I turned on the shower in the morning, presumably the room hadn’t been used in a while considering the season. The maintenance man seemed to take that seriously and said he’d look into it immediately. I was only there one night, but I’m sure those minor things were remedied. Otherwise, the toiletries were nice quality. They may want to consider putting bath foam to use in the jacuzzi, but even without it was very relaxing."
