"I came in with high expectations, and boy were they met or exceeded. The hotel is gorgeous! Rooms are ample, comfortable, and beautifully finished. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Staff was attentive and helpful. Loved the conseirge lounge, Santi was fantastic! The food was excellent. Highly recommend Twenty Four Seven, and the Buffet. All good foods. The free valet parking is clutch too. Casino is nice, but nothing out of this world. Would be nice if the games were a bit more giving lol. We still had fun. 8/10, will stay again."

"I was assigned room 1400 which had 2 showers. The walking shower didn’t drain when I used it and upon informing the hotel staff that it would be corrected, it wasn’t. Also, there was oil leaking out the the hydraulic box on the back of the door to the room. I informed the hotel staff about that as well and they let me know that it would be fixed. Although the oil was wiped from the door, the door didn’t open up all the way therefore we had to sort of squeeze our way in and out of the room. I also thought that I would receive a room with a balcony but alas, I didn’t. The bed was nice and the room was spacious. The breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was courteous."
