"The hotel is lovely and some staff are extremely helpful but..... You can’t use rooftop pool unless you pay for Bali bed. Trying to get a drink or food by pool is almost impossible and that’s if you’ve managed to get a bed 1hr1/2 wait if you manage to order Absolutely no help with sun umbrellas Impossible ..."…""The hotel is lovely and some staff are extremely helpful but.....
