My stay at El Puerto Ibiza Hotel was exceptional in every way. The hotel's perfect location in Ibiza Town allowed for easy exploration of the vibrant atmosphere and nightlife. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing warm hospitality throughout my visit. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of adventures. An interesting feature was the unique glass box shower and multiple mirrors, which added an unexpected element to the room. Despite this unusual touch, the overall ambiance was lovely, ensuring a memorable stay on the beautiful island of Ibiza.

Very solid choice in the Old Town area.

This is a very good hotel in the downtown area. The rooms are big and there is a pool on the roof. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet was solid. It is walking distance to everything downtown. Cab stand is one block away. Shower was good. I would stay here again. Two small issues: on the TV there should be one English language news channel. Also, the room should have a blanket in it. I did get one when I asked at the front desk.

Overall OK

Room wasn't ready on arrival, we were a little early but we were inmediately offered an upgrade with a balcony for £25 per night. We went for it but having spoken to friends (3 other couples whose standard rooms were ready), our upgrade seemed more of a downgrade. No iron or ironing board, a 3 foot pole to hang all our clothes on and the balcony overlooking another hotel and some derelict wasteland.

It was quite comfortable. Room was a bit noisy - had an annoying bathroom fan which stayed on all night ! Good support from the staff e.g. arranging a taxi. Good location - at the port.
