The property was amazing. Everything was very clean. the staff was very helpful. And their buffet was very good. I recommend this resort. Would definitely stay here again
What a superb property, close to beach, rooms immaculate.
Staff were very helpful and was a relaxing stay.
Would recommend this location for a relaxing stay
Room and hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The downsides were that the food was not great, I wouldn’t eat it again. Another mild inconvenience was the entrance being at the top of the hill
Great resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful all throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The rooftop is stellar.
Amazing resort, very clean, beautiful pools, friendly staff, the area around is also amazing, very close to the beach, a small walk to the playa de palma strip.
The resort was excellent, really nice decorated, the breakfast buffet was excellent, there are multiple pools each offer different experience, i love the spa area.
Staff were lovely, especially Carolina who greeted us in the restaurant each day and the ladies on the guest experience desk.
First room wasn’t great as it overlooked the road but the second that we upgraded to was amazing.
The pool areas were incredible but the loud music that had a habit of repeating wasn’t great.
Location was too close to the “party” beach for our liking but the staff helped us find other amazing beaches
Nice hotel with lovely range of pools and close to the beach. The gym was super small as were the bathroom sinks in the connecting rooms we were in but the rest was great. Don't go half board, better funner options outside
We really enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were really attentive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the food was good. At times, the hotel seemed understaffed which affected service occasionally.
The room was amazing. Stunning views from the tower. Even in August, the pool had plenty of room without the need to fight for a chair. Staff were mostly friendly. We had a problem that the staff in the tower couldn't help with, but the staff in the suites building were to able to solve easily. This felt like a luxurious stay without breaking the bank too much
Great hotel and food options! The area can get loud with party goers but it’s close to the beach and airport. Easy bus access to Palma. Staff are welcoming, nice and always helpful. Great hotel amenities!
I wish i was there for longer! the hotel was clean, the pool area was nice and quiet with comfy beds to relax on, the food was tasty and a good portion and the breakfast was amazing, the staff were very helpful and helped recommend places for dinner, the room was clean and cozy, although a little noisy since it was facing the road but i would stay here again if i were to come back.

Great rooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the room, to the staff and the aesthetics of the hotel! It felt so luxurious! The views were amazing too and the hotel location is only a few minute walk from the beach, would deffo reccommend staying here!
The hotelseems to have undergone renovation as the whole decor looks very new and fresh. It is very tasteful.
The room itself is on the smaller side but also functional and bathrooms are brilliant. Air conditioning unit are news and easy to operate.
The food is good - we had half board and werr ok with the choice availsble. If you are wegetarian options are quite limited and the wedgie corner will likely not have any protein options as an example it had only cooked weg yesterday.
One big minus is the housekeeping never changed used glasses just left the dirty ones in the room for 4 days. We also never got coffee refills.
The spa including the indoor pool & sauna needed to be pre-booked which was a little bit inconvenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and really big. A short walk away from the beach and far enough to drown our the noise from the main strip.
Housekeeping could have been better, the room was refreshed minimally and wasn't a full housekeeping service, just a turndown service and towel change.
We had the half board which was great but only few veg options and soft drinks were not included.
Overall a lovely hotel and enjoyable stay- lovely designed hotel.
The breakfast was okay. Plenty of amenities to engage with. The style and aesthetic is astonishing! Not all rooms are built the same, was a bit annoyed that we got a room with a shower window that reveals everything in the bathroom from the bedroom. Other than that, it is one of my favourite staycations. Great location -you have everything you need!
We’ve just come back from a 4-night stay and had a really enjoyable break.
I stayed with my daughter and our room was a great size, modern, with much-needed air con in the summer heat, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower is open to the rest of the room, but there’s a curtain provided to spare any embarrassment of being naked in front of your family 😂 It worked absolutely fine for us!
The hotel staff were super lovely and helpful, even working in the heat of summer! A big shout out to Leidy, who worked at breakfast and the bar. She was so lovely and kind to both me and my daughter and really stood out during our stay.
The hotel itself is modern, clean and only a quick 3–5 minute walk to the beach and waterfront, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It’s around 10 minutes from the airport and about a 20-minute drive into Palma Old Town, so really convenient.
The rooftop bar was a highlight for us, especially at sunset. We saw some of the most incredible skies and evenings up there. Definitely worth heading up with a drink as the sun goes down!
There are two main pool areas. One side is quieter and seemed perfect for younger families, while the other is a little livelier with music. We enjoyed both.
Breakfast had plenty of options and you can eat in either tower. There seemed to be a little more choice in the back tower, including a gluten-free section, but both did the job!
For a quick 4-night trip to get some summer sun, it did the job!
