The food was great. All inclusive drinks great. If you want additional items like ginger ale or Red Bull you have to pay for it or upgrade your drink package. Aside that, this resort is not a 5 star resort. At all. The ice machine in building 8 doesn’t work. The lobby smells like sewer water. The rooms have bad air quality. I had runny nose but when I left, I was fine. I think this is probably a 3 stars resort. But at least the food is great.

Lovely resort. We were staying at the end of season so some amenities were no longer available. Food was excellent! Not able to dine at a la carte restaurants as they were fully booked.

Property was ok , only issue was bathroom was mouldy and smelly :( which not what I expected, staying second time with hotel. I requested for water as they missed refilling the mini bar and the guy who brought in the water cans was very rude . Other then this staff is friendly and overall experience was good.
