To keep our customers and staff safe in the context of the Covid19 pandemic, we had to implement more health and security measures, especially in our kitchen, restaurant and Bar which slows down the service in every way. Your photo shows how our air conditioning thermostat must be while working, in terms of buttons, dials and lights. Our air conditioning has a new sustainable system that is totally environment friendly, with movement sensors to lower its intensity when not detecting any presence in the room. It also detects when the doors are open. This might give the impression that it’s not working when entering the room, as it takes a little while to cool down again. The procedures when a complaint takes place is to inform that the balcony door should be completely shut down and a card should be inserted in the light’s slot. If the issue persists, we check the software remotely (movement sensors, temperature, settings) and then the hardware if it need be. If we see that the matter will take more than just a few hours to be solved, we suggest a room change if there is availability. Also, there are rooms that are more exposed to the sun and take longer to cool down. We are sorry that a solution wasn’t achieved during your stay and hope to have the opportunity of making it up to you in the future. Best regards
