"Last time I came to Huizhou, i stayed in Renaissance hotel. The price is about the same, actually Renaissance is better. But a good thing about Kande is that you can browse google using the wifi here. maybe there is automatic VPN or something. It is very convenient for business traveler."

"Booked room for my parents and they were very disappointed with the whole experience.
The check-in was delayed for more than 1 hour because the "room is not ready". This is simply unacceptable as they should have arranged alternatives to accommodate.
The front desk was not helpful, did not offer any update of when the room would be ready while my parents were waiting. When the room was finally ready after more than an hour of waiting, my parents arrived the room and found it was not even clean enough.
Overall, the service was very bad, front desk was impatient and inattentive, and unapologetic about the mistake they made.
We will never come back nor recommend anyone to stay here."
