Really nice hotel in Dongguan. Clean and large rooms, very good amenities. Breakfast buffet is not great. Other than that excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay! We were planning to stay at another international 5-star nearby , but it was full so we booked this one instead mainly because of the swimming pool. It’s a good surprise to us! The room is big, Gael maintained facilities and very good service comparing to intercontinental hotel nearby. Good service overall, but not perfect. I went to the front to ask if we can borrow a knife for cutting fruits, the young lady replied impassively that it’s not available without any intention to help out. It’s a 5-star hotel and there’re multiple kitchens behind, I strongly felt being fooled. Therefore I took one star off for the service.

A good hotel located a a good spot. I booked an Executive Room but their executive lounge was off (it was not mentioned during the booking). Overall a good experience. I will return if I next time visit Dongguan.

This hotel is everything you would expect from an international hotel. Can't really complain about anything, only stayed there for three nights. I did notice something weird, they have a selection of wine you can serve yourself in the morning during breakfast hours, never saw that before.
