"Really nice hotel. Every staff member wss friendly that i encountered. The breakfast was well stocked. They even had turkey bacon and chicken sausage which is rare. I don't eat pork or beef so I really appreciated that. The room was clean and beds were made daily. The hotel is dog friendly. Its also very close to supermarket and ridge hill shopping mall. The only issue i have is the carpets in the room. I absolutely hate carpet in hotels. It looks dirty and hard to keep clean. But overall, a great spot to rest."

"The Cabin looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean for a place in the woods. the space was just enough for me and my person. We had enough space for 2 cars. The staff always kept us stocked with Wood and etc. The experience was amazing. Definitely a great way to check out of the real world. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Evening parking was a complete and utter nightmare. I don't know if there was a special event going on or if it was because of the restaurant, but we were lucky to get one of the last spots in a lot far away from the main entrance. Otherwise we would have been forced to use valet parking. Definitely not enough parking on site and not conveniently located. It was raining the night of our stay which make the parking situation even more frustrating but also the way the rain hit the windows of our room it sounded like rain was dripping inside the whole night and we could hear rain flowing down the gutter pipe right outside. We did not sleep well. Overall, I have to say that we would not stay here again an would not recommend to others."

"The property was amazing! The lobby and restaurants including Ruth Chris were outstanding. The hotel restaurant service was great. Our breakfast with server Diana was fabulous! We kept her running for coffee refills. And when we ordered a late night snack, it came in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!!"
