"Our go to location for trips to Cleveland - usually to Cleveland Clinic. Great stopping off place for so many things Cleveland. "

"Quite area for being close to the airport. Fast food and restaurants close by. Gas station only a couple blocks away for returning rental cars gassed up. "

"I liked that the bed was really comfortable. The room was very cool, making sleeping easy. The black out curtains kept the room dark, so you can sleep. It biggest problem for me was the vending machines were empty. "

"I was impressed with the look of the hotel and the size of the rooms. The hotel has beautiful woodwork and marble. The breakfast and "happy hour" were great. I wish the staff member who checked us in was a little friendlier and that the person who checked us out didn't make us wait. Still, other staff members were quite friendly and very nice, like the maid and the bartender. The hotel is in the thick of downtown Cleveland so expect normal city activity. It allows for walkability to several attractions as well as restaurants and shops."

"The staff was very friendly and asked about any needs we might have checking in. When we checked out Juan was exceptionally helpful and we enjoyed a nice conversation. He certainly made me feel welcome and because he was so nice we would certainly come back!! The breakfast bar was delicious and the whole hotel was clean and all the staff was courteous. "

"One thing that we didn’t care for was that we put the sign on our door for no cleaning service and they came in anyways. We felt it was a waste for them with us only there two days. "
