Cozy 2br upstairs unit in a historic duplex. Tons of light! Adorable decor! Perfect for a few days or extended stay. Accommodates up to four, free street parking, and located minutes from local hotspots!

Located by car about 3 minutes from I-71 and I-90, 15 minutes from CLE airport, and 8 minutes from downtown venues.

Historic duplex in the Stockyards neighborhood. Owner occupied lower unit and rental in upper unit. Guest access using keypad door lock. Rental unit is upstairs, 2nd level. Unit includes eat-in-kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, closet and dresser storage, and blackout curtains for a comfy night's sleep. Living room has plenty of lounging space and Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to dine in, prep snacks, or heat up takeout leftovers. There are two ring security cameras on the property; one one front door of the home and one on the garage facing down the driveway.

We are located 5-12 minutes by car from I-90, Tremont, A Christmas Story house, Ohio City, the West Side Market, CLE Hopkins Airport, Edgewater Beach, Whiskey Island, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Science Center, the CLE Aquarium, Progressive Field, FirstEnergy Stadium, the JACK, Lakewood Park, Little Italy, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Museum of Natural History.

Quiet Retreat

The apartment was ideal for our weekend in Cleveland. Clean, good layout, close to downtown attractions, quiet neighborhood, Wifi was easy to connect to and nice backyard for warm weather days. The host was responsive; we'd stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

We came to Cleveland for a little getaway - We wanted to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The house was perfect! Clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again if in the area!!

Ohio getaway

We came to Cleveland to see Cuyahoga National Park. We picked this spot to be centralized to the city to have options for other sightseeing as well. This property was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the space to relax after our adventures. The host was also very pleasant. Great time for a quick weekend away.

Perfect!

Brought my son up to visit Rock Hall. This property was perfect. Very well appointed and super clean. Comfortable, high quality mattresses and furniture. You can tell the place is well cared for. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning, cozy apartment

This apartment was absolutely adorable. It was decorated in a clean style that so closely matches my own, that my college age daughter kept saying she loved it and hopes for an apartment just like it. 10 minute drive to a Walmart and Target. This place is a true gem.

Very clean and close to all the scenic places in Cleve

Our stay was lovely! The place was emaculate when it came to cleanliness and it looked exactly like the pictures on the site. It was quiet and felt like home to me. We loved how convenient the place was from all of the cool things we wanted to see like the house from A Christmas Story. The neighborhood was also quiet our only issue were the roads were very bumpy and not as maintained as the main roads but besides that I would highly recommended this place and would stay here again if we ever come to visit Cleveland or the surrounding area again.

Great place close to downtown

Nice renovations. Loved staying in a house built in the 1990s. Michelle was amazing. The place was cozy and well equipped for my son and I on a bro sports weekend. We would definately book again!

Bright and Clean

My family stayed here while visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This is the cleanest VRBO that I have stayed at. There was a lot of natural light, it was super organized, and I just can’t get over how clean it was. You won’t regret staying here. Michelle was very friendly and helpful.

April 2024 Cleveland Trip

This was a very comfortable and peaceful trip. The place was clean and had ample cutlery and vessels, enough to make several meals. We were also able use the wifi for work. Overall very convenient and pleasant. Owner was very responsive to pur queries.

Baseball during the week

This property is absolutely adorable. Check in was a breeze. Less than a 10 minute drive to most tourist attractions in Cleveland. We came to pick up a few cubs games at Progressive Field. I would 100% recommended this place to my friends and if I venture back to Cleveland, I will definitely stay here again

Very nice stay

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and well put together. Everything worked and we had the dishes and cookware we needed. The host was nice the few times we saw her outside. The neighborhood is a bit run down but this property is well kept. It was close to the major highways and 10 min from the airport. We would definitely stay again if we are in Cleveland. Thank you.

Great little space

The apartment was clean, functional and had lots of natural light. Although we did not use the back yard, it was quite cute and set up nicely. Michelle was easy to communicate with and we appreciated that she had us park in her driveway since we own a Kia but don’t have an anti theft system in it. Be aware the steps up to the apartment are very steep! Overall we definitely recommend Michelle’s place.

Decent place

The property is the upstairs part of a duplex with the owner in the lower unit. The space is comfortable to hang out and the host is friendly. The property looks well cared for. The neighborhood is older with a mix of homes that are well cared for and some that are not. It was pretty quiet all around. There aren’t and shops or restaurants close but a short drive gets you there. The kitchen was basic but well equipped. We cooked a nice meal one nite, ordered in some fantastic Jamaican food one night, and went out for creole/Cajun oir last night. So there is variety near by.
