A lovely old hotel with modern interior. Lots of construction was happening making it difficult for share rides to navigate. Excellent shuttle service provided by the hotel within a 3 mile radius!!!

What's great: - The room is spacious - good view if your room faces the direction of Case Western - nice decor and artwork in the room - extra sink outside of bathroom - available parking (~$20 per night) seems secure What's not that great or could be improved: - cleanliness in the common areas and in room - maintenance of the rooms, e.g., bathroom fixtures were loose - The entrance/lobby area feels dated and underwhelming

The hotel has a free shuttle that took us to Cleveland clinic and hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot. They came back and got us after our appt. It was wonderful. We were not familiar with the clinic campuses so it helped immensely.

We had dinner at the hotel and it was not very good. Chicken taco had a tortilla that was hard and not warm, some lettuce may be 3-4 small shredded piece of chese and grilled chicken. No sauce , no taste . Chicken tenders and tater tots we ordered also didnt taste like they should..felt like they were cooked in over cooked oil. The floor of the room felt sticky. Bathroom and bed was good and clean. Staff was not rude , but not friendly either. Front desk and restaurant staff both.
