Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...
