"Everything was great!"

"Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues. The room appeared mostly clean, however we found several hairs in the bed sheets and noticed ants on the bathroom counter. We were also surprised that a double queen room only came stocked with two towels, so we had to request additional towels each day. The mattresses were comfortable, and we slept well during our stay. However, the surrounding area felt a bit questionable, with a significant number of homeless individuals nearby, which may be a consideration for some travelers. While the hotel met our basic needs, better attention to cleanliness and room stocking would have improved the experience."

"We had two rooms in the 3 days we were there. Both rooms were disgusting. The worst was room 341. The walls were dirty. We could not use the couch or chairs because they were so dirty. The bathtub leaked and got the floor soaked. The caulking job was terrible. The bathtub felt like you could fall through it. The air unit kicked on in the middle of the night and woke us up because it smelt like nasty burnt pee. They did not come clean our room when I asked that they do at the front desk. The only thing available for breakfast was coffee, hot water and a basket of cereal bars. Being a hockey family we have been in many hotels and I have never experienced such uncleanliness. The staff was friendly and apologized but gave the excuse that they are an extended stay and only clean their rooms every 14 days! What?? Not acceptable."

"The room was very clean somewhat there was hai inside the bathtub so I wasn’t able to use it. Air conditioner didn’t get cold it took 1 hour before we feel the coldness. It was hard to find the parking we found the easiest parking valet when we were about to leave. But overall it was very neat and close to everything. I will stay longer so I can actually enjoy the amenities and we didn’t have a chance to check out the bar and the breakfast."

"I was very disappointed in my stay. First off, when booking, there was two options in the photos and I chose the option photo with a walk in shower, however, the room I got had a tub/shower. The room was out dated and small. Bed was not comfortable however the pillows were. Not a quiet night as I could hear the highway noise all night. The room itself didn’t feel clean but maybe it’s just because it was out dated. Truly disappointed and will not stay here again. When I was checking out the guy was super nice, so I guess I can give an a+ for the staff. But that’s about it. Book elsewhere"
