I loved everything about my stay! This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited — spotless and with no strange smells. The receptionists were incredibly sweet and helpful, as were the housekeepers. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It had very limited options, the food wasn’t fresh, and there was no chef in charge. The receptionists were the ones defrosting frozen food and placing it in trays, then refilling them upon request. Also, the laundry room felt a bit outdated and required quarters to operate. Other than that, I have no complaints — it’s such a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room temperature was uncomfortably hot, and the thermostat was broken, which left us unable to adjust it. We also found that housekeeping was not available after 4 PM, and despite requesting room cleaning ahead of time, the housekeeper ignored our request entirely. When we went downstairs to ask for fresh sheets, the daytime clerk informed us that we could only receive them every two days and mentioned they were out of king-size sheets. She was not accommodating when we explained the situation, and there was no clear timeline for when we could get fresh linens. After going back and forth for sometime she finally gave us queen size sheets. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and service left much to be desired. The overnight team was incredible.
