"Perfect location for the train station and a very early train ride. We didn’t notice any noise from the trains in our room. I wasn’t happy that the “luggage room” isn’t locked or guarded by the front desk, so it’s available for anyone to access at anytime. I ended up having to pay 35 pounds to have early access to my room just to keep my luggage “safe.” Their staff said they can’t guarantee any luggage placed in their luggage room, and it’s at the owner’s risk. That was a major disappointment!!!"

"Fabulous hotel, so quirky, but had everything needed for a weekend in London. Loved the view over St Pancras, the colours and tiling in bedroom and bathroom, great to have a bath and a shower. The range of restaurant was great. We had a beer in Double Standards and ate in Decimo, which must be one of the best restaurants ever with the view and the vibe and food. Everyone was so friendly. I will definitely come back between work and my train to sit in the library with a coffee. And probably wouldn't stay anywhere else in london now. The only reason I didn't mark 5/5 was they were a bit tight on tea, coffee and milk in the bedroom (1 of each) and the breakfast staff weren't entirely on it. Otherwise it was an amazing break we will talk about for a while "

"Stayed for a long weekend, excellent location and friendly reception and bar staff. Small standard rooms, clean and well supplied with quality toiletries. Nice selection for breakfast and lots of options for coffee and teas. Evening bar staff at Haxells excellent choice of cocktails and friendly with all guests making the stay relaxed and enjoyable."
