"The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. "

"What a beautiful place! Room was lovely, the attached patio was even better. Great amenities, light breakfast with coffee in the mornings, music in the evening, mountain views, free kayaks! If you are thinking about staying away from the hustle of the other side of the island, do it!! It was incredible! "

"Zack, the host, was readily available and responsive to our questions and requests. We were surprised to find that the access to another unit in the complex was across our patio which was right outside our living area. It was awkward to have strangers coming and going so close to our living quarters and I think this should be disclosed in the rental information. The unit is dated and worn.The kitchen is haphazardly equipped, with old cookware, chipped dishes, a mishmash of wine glasses and cooking utensils. Furnishings were fine, as were beds. The 2nd bathroom down one flight to the pool deck was labeled for our unit, but I think was also used by other renters. I know Hawaii continues to get more and more expensive, but we felt this unit was overpriced for the above stated reasons. "

"First time on oahu! The house is in a great location right across from the beach. My husband and I enjoyed the stay and would definitely return. If renting a vehicle, I would recommend maybe a compact due to tight parking."

"I booked the property on Expedia but it should have not been allowed to be listed. There was no manager, the property was under renovation and and there were moving boxes and garbage strewn everywhere. Until the property is fixed/renovated they should not allow customers to book rooms there! Waiting for a full refund on my booking, which Expedia or the owner who cannot be reached is still pending. Pretty disappointed with Expedia, please make sure listed properties are valid/real and not fake like this one! "

"Shari was very kind, communicated very well and had the place in great shape. You cannot beat having one of the best beach’s steps away, was very soothing listening to the waves as you went to sleep and waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise. "

"We enjoyed our 5 day stay and especially enjoyed the use of the pool and all the different pool toy equipment. The extras like beach towels and ice chest were also appreciated. The home was clean, spacious and well equipped for our party of 6. The only suggestion is to have at least one extra toilet paper roll in each bathroom, an extra paper towel roll and hand soap for all the sinks. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was beautiful. Contacting the owners by text made communication easy."
